After round one of the Gauntlet a week or two ago several of the pax were “clamoring” for a repeat on a Saturday. So YHC obliged and made it a bit longer. I will say it made me glad to hear that several pax found it much more difficult than they expected. It is deceptively difficult. This (and variations of it) will go into the regular rotation

YHC shared an acceleration point about consistency. It is one of, if not the single most important factor in our fitness, work, and family leadership. Showing up again and again is important. The military phrase “accuracy through volume” is a helpful idea. If we just put enough rounds down range we will hit the target.
