Ha-ha thought there would be no running for my Q but 53 yards multiple times adds up!
Moseyed down to the parking lot near field one for some side straddle hops, weedpickers, hillbillies, arm circles and covids/Michael Phelps.
Part 1: went to field one and started with BOMBS – 10 burpees, 15 overhead claps, 20 merkins, 25 big boy sit-ups and 30 squats. For good measure, and the fact the YHC miscalculated how long that would take, we did another round but with 10 of each exercise.
Part 2: ran to field two where Dora’s were next up. 100 combined merkins, 200 combined lunges and 300 combined LBC’s. By the way, the turf fields hold water pretty well so the the LBC’s were a blast.
Part 3: ran to to upper parking lot and had some audience participation. Split into two groups. Each group had one person run the length of the parking lot but before they left, gave their team an exercise to do while they were gone. We cycled through the team and did a couple extra people for kicks and giggles. My favorite exercise on my team were monkey humpers – couldn’t get enough of them.
Part 4: back to the flag for a little Mary. Squats from TO and side straddle hops from Bottombunk.
