I have been thinking about building an obstacle course type workout for a while so I finally put it together and the PAX seemed to really “enjoy” it.

The Thang:

I set up sets of cones to make obstacles with the first and last obstacle without cones.

Sort of looked like this:

Obstacles were as follows

  1. At the pull up bar – 10 pull ups or chin ups (assist band provided if needed)
  2. Flip the tire from the first set of cones to the next and then back
  3. Murder bunnies for the next set of cones down and back
  4. Body bag drag – 80 lb sandbag drag down and back
  5. 40 lb sandbag lunge walk down and back
  6. Last obstacle run to the back of the skate ramp and climb up and over the railing
  7. Exit the skate ramp and move back to the pull up bar and complete one lap around the smaller loop of track ending back at the pull up bar.

Repeat until time.
