One pre-pre runner and 3 pre-runners arrived back at the Bound just before 5:30pm. YHC gave a quick disclaimer as the rain started to fall, and 17 PAX set out into the gloom.

Just across the way was a brand new wall that needed to be broken in. So, Balls to the Wall was up next. 45 seconds was the goal with 15 seconds as an extra bonus.
Head to the back of the gym where we would have a board of pain and music. We would do the 1st exercise which was a lap, come back to do the 2nd exercise, then a lap, and so on. The lap was the full driveway all the way around the basketball courts, up the drive to the top of the hill.

Time running out, we shortened the run and then commenced on the basketball court for a bear crawl around the perimeter.
