PAX (6): Cockroach, Napalm, Package, Schneider, Happy Tree
2 early risers made 20 minute PR to get warmed up.
To separate the men from the boys. We posted a Super Bowl Square sheet with intimidating beatdown selections on Sunday. The total score at the end of each quarter determined the number of reps of said exercise. Of course Burpees made the list for 4th quarter and every HC showed up to prove the West Side is made up of Men and not Boys like the fart sacking East Side.
To warm up we moseyed to the fountain and circled up for SSH, Sun Gods and Michael Phelps. We found 2 of our stray PAX and explained the beat down.
Routine was Quarter Pounder. We ran out to complete the exercises, then ran back to starting point between each exercise. On the way back down we completed the exercises for a second time, because we are just built that way.
The exercises shook out like this:
1st Quarter = 14 Makhtar N Diayes
2nd Quarter = 38 Makhtar N Diayes
3rd Quarter = 48 SSH
4th Quarter = 73 Burpees
Discussed transitioning to official AO. We need a solid 7 man crew to proceed, and we are pretty much there with crew today plus Hushpuppy and Baskins. We will present officially naming the AO to HR group so we can add to list of AO’s.
Don’t over think it, just Do It! Run a marathon, triathlon, start a new AO, start a new business, whatever you “It” is for you. Just Do It. We watched many of our PAX complete a half marathon this weekend, most of which couldn’t run a 5K without walking 1-2 years ago. It was truly inspiring, makes me want to push harder and do something hard, just for the fact of doing something hard. Go lead the way men.
