Each PAX knocked out a max set while the other PAX did lunges. We moseyed back to the (uhhh…. the imaginary flag) and rejoined with our coupons. After everyone completed their sets we had about 5 minutes remaining. We killed time with: SSH, Merkins, OH Presses, Flutters, LBC’s, and Burpees (Sorry I can’t remember how many reps we did at the end. Brain was tired…..)
