Started with Indian Run. The person in the front carried the 37 lb cinderblock while the last guy did 10 Merkins. Once he hits 10 he runs to the front and takes the block. We kept that up until everyone had a turn.
We started Suicide Burpees using the parking lot strips. Run to first line, touch it, run back and do one burpee, run to second line, touch it, run back to do two more burpees. This went on for 10 lines and a total of 55 burpees. To help us keep moving we all stopped once the first person did all 55 burpees.
We did Indian Run without blocks and 10 Merkins until everyone had a turn.
Started Suicide Burpees again but this time we started at the 10th line and worked our way down doing another 55 Burpees.
