Possibly a record number of HC’s leading up to this one with lots of mumble chatter from the likes of Sprocket, Caffey and others. 12 total pax & 8 pre-ruckers/pre-runners made it out to see what YHC had planned for his last day of 43.
Playlist ready to go and as last song was added, the length hit 1 HOUR on the dot!
Had a written out Disclaimer ready for the pax that MT shared a few years back while YHC was still in Tampa.

In conclusion, as today’s Q, I advise you NOT to participate. Thank you!
Thankfully, the men at Nirvana DID want to participate and off we went.
A LOT of mosey planned for today so right to it…towards the Crabapple Green with some High Knees, Side Shuffles, Butt Kicks & Karaoke along the way. Stopped at the roundabout for SSH, Windmills, Arm Circles & Covids.
The Green – Merkin Wheel of Death w/ 1-2-3-4-5 then start over with last guy doing 1 then 2-3-4-5….till everyone exhausted or Q says DONE. Got through three total rounds here.
To Six Bridges for partner work:
43 Crab Cakes
P2 runs to last building down the hill and back.
Mosey to Shell for 10 Star Jacks and then on to Six Hills.
Two Hill repeats starting at the top and planking for the six once back up top.
Mosey to Pull-Up bars for partner work. Modified mini-Murph was planned but time running short so was only able to get in one round of each of the following.
P2 running to top of stairs and back.
Back to the flag with just a couple minutes of extra credit put in.
Prayers for YHC’s son who has started some new medication.
Prayers for Turkey’s M as she has had a slight set back in recovery.
And Prayers to all the 2.0’s & mom’s/dad’s out there that have so much going on in life these days.
Grateful for an awesome turnout this am and like YHC mentioned to start…”no place I’d rather be than out in the early gloom with the men of F3 celebrating my last day of 43″.
Thanks for putting up with my extra mileage today as I had a goal of 4.3 miles and came up just short. MT may have hit the mark being the sweeper on the day.
Continue to EH as we know there are men out there that don’t know what they are missing and don’t even know the need F3 in their lives….until the get out there! Thanks to each of you for being the leaders you are and continue to take that Daily Red Pill!!!
