We started the ruck at 6am with a nice mosey to the HS and back to our starting area.
Started with a mosey to our starting spot with
Arms of Death. Lots of arm movements without putting them down.
Mosey to the stairs where we did 4 rounds of 50 Alpha mountain climbers, cary blocks up stars with a stop halfway to do 10 Merkins, once to the top 25 LBC’s and then back down with the block and 10 more merkins in the middle.
After that we used the two heavy blocks (about 38 pounds each) and played chase. The person whith the two blocks told everyone which excersie to do and how many. The person with the blocks would start walking or running and the group whould do the excersie and could not run after the person with blocks until everyone in the group completed. Once every one in the group was done they would all run to the guy with the blocks. Once caught he would stop and then another person would let everyone know which excersie and amount. This kept on for the rest of the workout.
There was one stop where it sounded like a cry for attention from Lightweight when the group was told to do Big Boy Situps. This fool screemed/yelled and fell to his side as he grabed his leg and made it seem as if a crap was the cause of his pain and not the fact that he could not hang with the rest of the group.
The group made the right decision by leaving him behind and completing the workout. Some people just need more attention in life then others and find wasy to express it with outburst of pain and weakness.
This group knows better then to fall pray to weaknesses, especially from lightweight. 🙂
