Day 6 of Ha-ha week and the grand finale is setup and ready to go. Books were hidden on Friday and maps made. Time to blow the conch shell horn, puff the smoke and let it fly.
None. But we did have a disclaimer and instructions:
Books in zip lock bags are hidden in the park at the red dots on the map
Books are not buried or otherwise out of sight but you will have to get off the trail and look for them
When you find the book, tear out the page that matches your “bib” number and return it to where you found it.
Perform the exercise described on the label before you continue to the next waypoint
5 laps are a complete race. You can’t do it in a hour.
All great plans sometimes fail. And so it happened today. Someone found a book Friday and “cleaned it up” so no dips this year.

It’s more than a workout group. You hear that all the time but there is a reason. It’s true! The men that come to F3 have everything to do with me still being here after 6 1/2 year and 62 years old. You make a difference when you show up. Your post may be for the guy next to you.
