Day 4 of Ha-ha week and with some serious help from Windjammer clown cars there was a crowd of 30 PAX ITG at the Norseman this morning.
With a threat of rain last night YHC planned a partial pavilion workout but really nothing more than mist and 44 degrees greeted the masses this morning.
Disclaimer and off we go.

Barkley 5K Saturday at The Widowmaker
I am blessed to be a part of this group. More than exercise, this group supports each other in life.
Thought for the day:
We all shared the “burden” of a sandbag, buckets and railroad track this morning. None of us could have done the workout carrying the load by ourselves. We shared the burden.
Likewise, we need to share our burdens with each other. Humans are pack animals. We are meant to live in groups, not a lone wolf! Yet our daily routine seems to encourage the I don’t need help, I’ll handle it my self attitude. We need each other! Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask for help and to share your burden with your battle buddy.
