I told the PAX to bring a cinder. Little did they know, we’ll also be incorporating kettlebells (insert Dr. Evil laugh). 🙂
Imperial Walker x 10
Mountain Climber x 10
Toy Soldier x 10
Michael Phelps x 10
Sungods x 10
Mosey’d from the flag to the pull-up bar. We did a round of morning call.
Mosey’d to the school parking lot by the baseball diamonds (where the flag used to be planted). We did 10 monkey humpers. Mosey’d back to the flag. Partner up!
Partner A will carry both cinders down Zima’s hill where there is a light about 2/3 of the way down. Turn around at the light and head back up. Partner B will do squats with the KB. Flap Jack (or as I learned, “Missy Elliot”).
Same as round 1 with the only change being the squats are “narrow squats” or “Kendall Jenners” which means you keep your knees together (as much as possible). Flap Jack!
Partner A cusak’s one cinder down the hill to the light. Once down there, he does 20 curls, then heads back up. Partner B rips off skull crushers with the KB. Then Flap Jack! Rinse and Repeat!
Partner A carries the cinder on his shoulder down to the light. 20 overhead press, then back up. Partner B, with the KB, does 12 swings, then 12 V-ups, 12 swings, 12 V-ups, etc. Until they flap jack! Rinse and repeat!
We finished up with a mosey down the hill, around the fire hydrant on the trail, then back up the hill. Time!
