Mosey to the nearby parking lot and circle up for SSH, Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers and Copper Head Squats.
Run to the coupon pile. PAX instructed to pick up 2 small one-handed coupons. Some PAX chose to modify initial selection. Smart move.
A set of exercises without lowering hands in between – 15 IC FW Arm Circles, 15 IC backwards, 15 IC Seal Claps, 15 IC Overhead Claps and a bonus – 15 IC Chain Breakers (start with both hands extended forward and coupons touching, pull backwards like you’re trying to break a chain. Give 3 pulls back and on the 4th movement extended your arms forward again).
Climb Up – lunge walk up (still holding coupons) with a clap under the forward knee, till the 3rd light (a.k.a Shiner). From the light to the top of the hill climb up with alternating Side Squats.
At the top –
Newton’s cradle. High plank, preferably while holding your coupons. First movement is to extend left hand to the side, then bring back. 3rd and 4th movements are with the right hand. Did 10 IC.
Seal Big Boy Sit up – 15 on my call.
Fly like an eagle – stretch your arms to the sides while holding coupons and run down hill. Preferably done while gleefully shouting “weeeeeeeee” (a well known mating call of the majestic bold eagle).
We deposited are coupons back to the pile and run to the parking lot on the other side of the tennis courts. Yes, we could have gone the short distance just behind the courts, but where’s the fun in that?
7s of Mucho Chesto and Captain Thor. Many PAX took the initiative of locating water puddles and absorbing them for the benefit of the general public. Kudos to all.
Mosey to the parking lot in which we did the warm up and head for the wall. YHC heard calls that the wall is being repaired and cannot possibly be used, but despite the heartfelt and good intentioned warnings it seems it was repaired just in time for us. Additional requests asked not to do Balls to the Wall and YHC, being a merciful Q, was happy to oblige.
Partner up. One partner does AMRAP of Chicken Peckers (shoulder taps with feet on the wall) while the other runs to the other side of the parking lot and back. Switch. Repeat for 3 rounds. Many grunts of appreciation were heard!
Mary – Back to the flag. Brownie led with Susan Summers (suspiciously looking like Pickle Pointers). YHC chose to continue with the feminine trend by calling for Jane Fonda (like on your side and raise one straight leg). We did 10 IC each side. Before the beatdown Dreamer, I think, was talking about Speedo’s Fire Hydrants and so YHC called for those next. Again, 10 IC each side. Finished with a dose of Monkey Humpers.
