I was bumming on my drive to the hooch this morning at the thought of getting drenched in the rain. So you can imagine the joy I felt when I realized there was an overhang.

The Thang:

The thang was a HIIT workout comprised of 8-exercises (20 seconds on | 10 seconds off).

We did 6 rounds total (with a 1-minute rest after rounds 2 and 4)

The emphasis for each round was proper form, not number of reps (quality over quantity)

  1. Dead lift
  2. Merkins (of choice)
  3. Goblet squats
  4. Overhead press
  5. Kettle bell swings
  6. Bent over row
  7. Calf raises
  8. American Hammers

Any F3 beatdown is going to leave you gassed if you focus on proper form. Today was a good opportunity to do just that. Hopefully you’ll feel it later. And if not, well, you got what you paid for.
