A damp, drizzly, GLOOMY morning didn’t stop 20 PAX from honoring Stu during his last beatdown as the Norsemen Site Q.
SSH, Imperial Walkers, Toy Soldiers (as requested by HotWheels), Arm Circles
We began with a ~1 mile run, stopping at each speed bump to knock out 5 Merkins, and made our way to the football field, where we partnered up.
During a Stu-themed playlist, we progressed through a series of jumping twists, burpees, lunges, flutter kicks, 100 yard sprints, and merkins.
Next, a Dora comprised of 100 jumping squats, 200 Carolina dry-docks, and 300 American Hammers (alpha).
To the ever-familiar tunes of “Roxanne,” we posed in a crunch-plank position, executing heal taps at each mention of “Roxanne.”
We finished with a quick round of “Stu’s” (fire hydrants) and “lightning rods.”
We made a quick pit stop at the AED station to familiarize ourselves with its location, then moseyed back to the flag.
Knight Rider updated the group on the successful results of their Loaded Relay with F3 Cherokee.
Upcoming “Ha-Ha Week!” All Norsemen have been officially challenged by Ha-Ha to join him for a week of beatdowns: 6-consecutive beatdowns, Monday-Saturday (a typical week for Ha-Ha) during the week of his birthday (first week in February).
Stu was thanked by the Norsemen for his dedicated commitment during his stint as Site Q, and gifted a Norsemen themed RTIC mug. Thank you Stu!
We finished with 10 burpees, in honor of the late Cardinal.
Thank you to the Norsemen for your trust in me, as I take on the roll of Site Q for the next year. You are an extraordinary group of guys, and I am honored to serve you!
