Another glorious morning at The Hooch awaited all Pax ready to greet the day. On this occasion, YHC decided to break out a few choice selections from the Spotify Swing and Ska playlists to the merriment of all.
We started off with a mosey around the parking lot leading back to our starting position. The warm-up consisted of the following:
We assembled in the middle of the movie theater parking lot for the main part of the fun.
We did the following exercises with reps of 21 working down by 3 on each set. (21, 18, 25…..) Between each set all Pax had to run to and back from the theater entrance.

As we wrapped up for the six the group did a smaller loop mosey ending up on the back-side of the parking lot facing Medlock Bridge.
From here we started a session of 11’s with:
Mike Tysons at the start and
Burpees at the other side of parking lot.
We were down to about 6 minutes till then end and did a mosey back to the start to wrap up with a round of Mary.
Several thoughts and prayers were shared by the group including good news:
-Quick healing for Popper’s father in law recovering from vacation injury
-Safe travels for all family traveling at this time back from the holidays
-Congrats to Speedo in the upcoming wedding of his son
So grateful to be a part of this organization, and happy to kick off my first Q of the year with many more to go. Intent for this year is to continue to refine my skills in leading and push myself within F3 and outside in my day to day lives.
