4 Rounds of the following: 15 Stone Mountains then run up the grass hill. 15 Merkins at the top. Continue run up the hill behind the gym and 15 squats at the speed bump. During round 1 PAX discovered we were a man down. QIC went back to look for Blue. Sidebar – Blue told a few PAX he was going to walk around the park trails and meet us back at the Flag.

Moseyed over to Lacrosse Stairs. 5 – Incline Merkins per step. Mosey through the woods (not on trail) avoid the hole.
Head back to flag. Run Backwards – At each speed bump your choice; 5 Burpees or 10 Merkins. 4 Speed bumps completed.
Arrived back at the flag for a round of Mary: Flutters, a few others and finished with the longest 1:30 plank ever. TIME!!
