At coffatira on Tuesday Miller Time said that he was planning on Q’ing at the bound on Wednesday. And thinking for a second I realized that I have probably Q’d less in 2022 than I have since I joined F3 Alpha. So I asked him if I could grab the Q and he obliged.
Snowman, Deuce and myself off went along for the prerun. Upon our return we grabbed everyone else and we were off.
Quick warmup in the parking lot of SSH’s, Hill Billies, Weed Pickers, and Merkins. Then off to the main event.
We broke into three teams. Each team did 100 of the following exercises along the small loop. 100 Burpees, 100 Merkins, 100 Mike Tysons (now known as Miller Time’s), 100 Bonnie Blairs, 100 Squats, and 100 Big Boy Situps. Upon finishing we did a modified Jack Web on the hill at the bound.
