And with 99X returning to the airwaves (100.5 FM) it made for an easy playlist and rep count.

Everyone grabs a rock but then is told to throw them in a pile. You will select at random each rock exercise.
We partner up and in a Dora style run/exercise we go through the following list with 99 reps of each. Although Avis tried to be a lone wolf to work all reps alone he eventually joined a group to get some running in.
Repeat if time, which most groups got back around to LBCs at least.
All this was done to a Spotify playlist of 99X tunes on shuffle. (probably could have just turned on radio dial but whatever). We only got a small taste of the 23 hour full playlist but by the end our teen angst was raging and we headed back to the flag right at time.
I’m just going to let all the mumble chatter from this morning be left there.
