Q sheet was open so YHC grabbed it. After posting at the Norseman yesterday and enduring Ha-Ha’s 0.0 pavilion beatdown, YHC wanted to get some miles in. So we did. 12 men answered the call and off into the gloom we went.
Head toward Clipper Bay and stop off at a random tennis court for a typical routine of warmup.
Merpee Mile around Clipper. 5 burpees at speed humps and 10 merkins at cross street. Head back in reverse direction this time doing 5 squats at each cross street.
Make our way back to the AO parking lot and grab a coupon for a modified Quarter Pounder and QP w/Cheese.
Run approx 25 yards, 10 reps of Drydock. Backwards back. Do this all the way to 100 yards and 40 reps alternating exercises.
Now with the coupon (aka cheese), do the same thing but this time doing rock excercises like overhead press, etc.
Time running out, head back to the flag.
