It’s 2 days after Thanksgiving. Enough said. Time to waddle out to everyone’s favorite Saturday beatdown and get turn on the sweat machines. And time to up the creativity game to incinerate that new fat layer. With everyone a well-initiated PAX, disclaimer was given and off we went.

Mosey to the top of the Widowmaker
1. Going downhill – rolling dry humps (1 alpha lunge walk – 1 Carolina drydock – 2 monkey humpers, increasing in those multiples to 10 / 10 / 20 of each. Finish mosey to bottom of hill, plank for the 6.
2. 11’s – HR and Mercans, starting at bottom of hill, run to lower end of turnaround (to keep dogs on leash sign). Plank for 6
3. InchBears – PAX lined up single file in plank position going up hill. Last PAX near crawled to front. Stagger started (last PAX started after crawling PAX passed 3rd man up, and so forth). 4 cycles for each PAX, complete move up to the top via run. Mosey back to the soccer field.
4. Rising BLIMPS. Starting at midfield sideline, conduct 5 Burpees. Karaoke to corner do 5 more and add 10 alpha Lunges. Continue in similar fashion, running forward to next corner, add 15 Imperial Walkers, Karaoke across to next corner, add 20 mercans, Bernie Sanders to next corner, add 25 plank jacks, Karaoke to midfield, add 30 squats to all previous exercises. Pick up the 6, then short Mary with 15 gas pumpers, 15 flutter kicks, and 25 LBC’s.
