Preamble:
Pouring rain out we decided to take over Target this am for our Q ( at least the parking deck ) with some four corners
Warm-O-Rama:
- 20 SSH
- 20 Weed pickers
- 10 Bearhugs
- 10 Skål claps
- 10 Morroccan night clubs
The Thang:
Each corner had 25 reps of a single excercise and the goal was to make 4 rounds ( we got 3 )
- First Corner Burpees
- Second Corner Foxholes
- Third Corner Bonnie Jumps ( 2 Bonnies and a Jump Squat )
- Forth Corner Shoulder Tap Groiners
