Reece cups, 100 Grand, and perhaps a beer or two while strolling the neighborhood last night. Yes, the blood sugar was high for me last night, as I knew it would be. Which is why I grabbed the Q this morning. No better way to burn that sugar off than a trip to Academy.

Thang 1: Mini Dora

Our first stop was at the adult playground. Partner 1 started the exercise while P2 ran, then flip-flop. As expected, Axis crushed the Pull ups.
Thang 2 -Deconstructed Burpee
Quick run up to the Dog Park Track, including a flyby of the Rubiconians, when a quick Bonnie Blair secession (YHC missed the flower beds for the step ups I’d planned, so I improvised). Then we broke down the Burpee: 15 Mercans, run a quarter lap, 15 Groiners, another quarter laps, 15 squat jumps, then 15 overhead claps at the last quarter. 2 more laps with descending rep count (10 then 5), then it was back home.
We arrived back at the AO with just enough time for a round of Bojangles Biscuits (this is a Mayhem BD after all) and a few rounds of Mary before our time was up.
