“Iron sharpens iron” a wise man once wrote. When No-See-Um and Caffey issued a challenge to the PAX to fill the Q sheet for remainder of month, QIC asked for confirmation if this is what was wanted. It was, and, so QIC did. 3 Saturdays —3 Q’s with the quintessential Hero WOD: The Murph. 3 Saturdays in a row.

Props to Especial K for working his way sequentially all the way through. Yes, the man ran, performed 100 burpees, and, then, completed all 200 Mercans before completing 300 squats…
with -10 minutes left on clock and all PAX finished. QIC lead PAX back to flag for 2 rounds sandbag cleans and rows.
We lifted those who are dealing with injury and those dealing with loss.
