First cold morning of the season and the cold had spread to the special place…can’t say I didn’t sign up for this weather, as technically I did sign-up. Nonetheless, good way to continue the birthday week.

High intensity workouts are supposed to be beneficial on many levels, so let’s give it a try.
Tabata workout – 6 sets of each exercise with a little cardio worked in before exercise changed. Cardio was chosen by pax for correct trivia answer, chosen by Q for incorrect answer.
Lunges, Squats, LBCs, American Hammers, Merkins, Moroccan night clubs
Cardio featured some runs, Bernies, bear crawls and shuffling down the parking lines.

After the tabata, grabbed coupons for some sets of curls, skull crushers, squats and bent over rows (shifting two to the left after each set)…then back to the flag
