3 PAX got after it early with a pre run. All music for the BD was provided by Metallica.
Mosey around the parking lot with an immediate circle back to pick up the late arriving Olaf. Warm up with some typical SSH, weed pickers, good mornings and hillbillies.
Thang part 1 featured some DB drills through the parking lot. Direction was switched midway to keep us all balanced. All PAX then bear crawled back to where we started while performing one burpee for every 5 parking lot lines crossed.
After all PAX collected a coupon, thang 2 consisted of some modified B.O.M.B.S. on the turf field. After partnering up, the exercises consisted of:
Round 1 – Partner A begins work on 50 burpees while partner B riffle carries the coupon 50 yards and back. Both partners curl for the 6.
Round 2 – Partner A begins 100 overhead press while partner B duck walks 20 yards with the coupon. Curl for the 6.
Round 3 – 150 reps of merkins while lunge walking 20 yards. Curl for the 6.
Round 4 – 200 big boy sit ups with coupon initially but Q quickly audibled realizing time was against us. Partner B riffle carried 50 yards.
Round 5 – Kept rep count to 200 squats with coupon while partner ran without coupon 50 yards and back.
Mosey back to the flag right at time.
