Travel, work, the demands of family life. Time and energy are short at times…..however, making F3 a part of my daily balanced breakfast always kicks off my day with a bang!


We started off with a few little warm-ups:

  • 20 SSH
  • 10 Weed Pickers
  • 10 Windmills
  • 10 Imperial Walkers
  • 10 Morrocan Night Clubs

After we were were all ready to go, we did a mosey the long way round to Perimeter Church to the hill.

The Thang:

  • The Thang kicked off with a round of 11’s on the hill, with Merkins and Smurf Jacks, bear crawling up the hill.
  • After, we grabbed a section of ledge facing the smaller pond and did sets rounds of the following:
    • 10 Dips
    • 10 Urkins
    • 20 Step-ups alternating legs
    • Between sets we ran around the smaller pond

We made our way back to the starting area for a little Mary for the last 7 minutes (after a few exercises including buzz saws and feet raises 6 inch off the ground, we were pretty sure we got our monies worth).

Naked-Man Moleskin:

I was really glad the Beatdown turned out well, as I am continuing to fine-tune my appreciation for how long certain exercises take. I slightly over-planed but much less-so than previous times and still had plenty of content left over.
