A glorious fall morning to be outside! 8 men gathered at No Longer Bound campus for a Wednesday morning workout. Disclaimer and we are off.
Mosey up the hill with a stop at the Tessie to grab a Girlfriend for each PAX and we are off for the parking lot across the street.
Circle up for:
Catch Me If You Can Girlfriend Dora
Partner up. Partner 1 starts to walk the loop in the parking lot with both his and his partner’s girlfriend while partner 2 does 10% of the Dora total for the exercise. Then run and catch the partner walking and switch. Continue through for all 3 exercises. The faster the walking partner goes the more the other partner has to run!
100 Merkins (partner does 10 at each stop)
200 Squats (partner does 20 at each stop)
300 LBCs (partner does 30 at each stop)
Run back to The Bound with a stop at the guard shack for Curls in cadence
Return the girls and down to the basketball court for Dollies then we are done.
Praise for the guys looking a less than 2 weeks to transition.
