It was a glorious morning with low humidity and temps in the upper 50s. Stars covered the sky and the Norseman owl was looking for a mate. But it was time for some serious work. I had 2 ideas planned for this morning so I gave the PAX the choice: coupon or body weight workout? Body weight was selected.
We had 1 FNG (Welcome CFIT) so a thorough disclaimer was delivered and off we went.

Time to get to work. A very short mosey to the main street where we partnered up for:
Bear Crawl BLIMPS
Imperial Walker x15
Plank Jack x25
Partner 1 bear crawls toward Bethany Bend while partner 2 performs BLIMPS starting with Burpees. After 5 Burpees run and catch up with your partner and switch. After Partner 1 finishes Burpees and runs and switches and partner 2 does Burpees and Lunges. Continue on until both partners complete the full BLIMPS.
Recover the PAX and run back to the flag by way of Joro spider trail to the back pavilion with a stop for 20 in cadence count Derkins.

6:15 and shoulders are now thoroughly cooked.
