Given all the emphasis on giving the Q-sheet some love, YHC wanted to make sure that all the JC AO’s were fairly well covered. Fortunate that happened, as yours truly had forgotten that he signed up a while back for this very morning (sense of duty? moment of weakness? butt sign-up while impaired?)…… boy howdy, given the great turnout at The Hooch this morning, might have had to move had that preparation not occurred.
So – given the veteran crew, disclaimer was given and off we went……

Mosey around the parking lot, 1/4 mile
Rising/Falling BLIMPS: Starting at the center side walk, conduct BURPEES x5, travel across parking lot 30 yards via Bernie Sanders, add 10x Alpha Count Lunges to the Burpees, then back to start and repeat travel – add exercises on each side, to include 15xImperial Walkers, 20x Mercans, 25x Plank Jacks, 30x Squats. Plank for the 6, THEN…..Repeat, except starting with all 6 exercises, DROP the last exercise after each trip across the parking lot. Hillbilly for the 6
11’s, with Carolina Drydocks and Monkey Humpers, traveling 30 yards via karaoke between exercises. Hillbilly for the 6
Abbreviated Bloody Mary, with 10 Buzz Saws, 10 second low plank hold, and 10x of Gas Pumpers, American Hammers, and LBC’s. Return to low plank for 10 second hold….and that was time!
