Normal mosey to Warm-up spot (TM). Standard warm-up exercises.
We mosey to the field. PAX called out exercises (2 PAX at a time) and a number. Once completed, we sprint to mid-field, and purposed walked back. Then add the next two PAX to the list of exercises done.
When we completed several rounds, we did an Indian Run and then a mosey back to the flag pole.
Prayers were given and plans made for NLB.
We enjoyed our time having coffee and spending time together as genuine friends.
