Seeing as YHC’s fingers and thumbs can barely move after today’s IronPAX Challenge Week 2 beatdown, “Belle Ringer”, this backblast will be short and sweet.
Thanks Flo and Birdie for help setting up the course according to the F3 Greenwood boys’ instructions: a wheel with a center dot and five 25-yard spokes in roughly a star pattern.
Given the 45-minute AMRAP format, the PAX got going with disclaimer and warm-up a few minutes before 5:30: SSH, WP, WM, Michael Phelps, Overhead Claps.

The beatdown was as much a workout for hands, fingers and thumbs as for major muscle groups. Poor 13-year-old Tater Tot will have trouble holding a pencil for his math test today.
The 45-minute timer dinged and the PAX breathed a sigh of relief. Circled up.
Heard some war stories from the Blue Ridge Relay (BRR) stalwarts who posted Monday morning for IPC; strong work, BallBoy and Birdie.
Prayers for Flo’s mom in a transition
Prayers for Popper’s work travels
You know a beatdown is tough when half of the Hooch opts to run 208 miles over the weekend in BRR instead of having to post Monday and do this slobber-knocker. Great work to the Hooch PAX this morning who did it; good luck to the PAX of the Alpha who have yet to do it. Thanks to all for making YHC stronger in the gloom.
