Well, I was late so not sure what happened before hand. Thankfully the PAX started on time and did several warm ups. Oops.
We started with the obligatory side straddle hops followed by weed pickers, sun gods, imperial walkers, and Michael Phelps.
The Thang started with a card of decks. Suits determined the exercise and the number on the card determined the reps. Diamonds were dips, Spades were Merkins, Clubs were Monkey Humpers, and Hearts were Big Boys. After we completed the deck we did a lap and played a round of Dunshire and Dragons. Basically there was a 20 sided dice that determined the exercise, and a 12 sided dice determined the reps. All this time we exercised to the tunes of Weird Al Yankovic, which was fitting considering the workout games were a bit…odd.
We discussed the finer points of Marvel, Star Wars, and other various nerd movies. Coffee was had. Laughs were had. We went home. The end.
