With IPC Week 1 done, most PAX were still laid up in traction. With the sore spots predominately in the bear crawling muscles, it was time to make other muscles a little sore and work out the kinks. So, with a smaller but experienced crew, the disclaimer was given and off we went.

3/4 mile ruck, across the Bridge to the Forum.
Pain station 1: 7’s with Dips and Squats at the fountain
3/4 mile ruck back across through the parking deck to the obstacle course
Pain station 2: 7’s with Pullups and alpha count Lunges
1/2 mile ruck back to the flag

Prayers said for safety for the folks going up to BRR, healing for Dinghy’s friends Brian and Dave, and for Feather’s dad. Praise for Pop’s dad’s great results for his chemo (no more traces of cancer).
A lot of good work this morning, men. Not sure when the soreness is going to really hit, but we did more than enough to work out the kinks and get a good sweat (esp based on the sweat angels!).
