Week 1 of the Iron Pax Challenge has finally arrived. And it was a burner. My shoulders are still shaking typing this, so let’s just get to it
The 45 minute times workout allowed us a couple laps around the track to warm up.
Care Bear Squared
Format- AMRAP for 45 minutes
Set-Up- Make a 25 yard square
Starting at cone 1 and bearcrawl to cone 2 and perform 25 air squats.
After the squats, bearcrawl to the left to cone 3 and perform 25 merkins.
After the merkins, reverse bearcrawl to cone 4 and perform 25 big boy sit-ups.
After the big boy situps, bearcrawl to the right to cone 1 and perform 25 burpees.
Lots of work and little talk this morning. All Pax really pushed it and YHC hear several words of encouragement.
Prayers for safe travel and good times at both Grow Ruck and BRR this weekend.
Our thoughts are with the family of the lady kidnapped in Memphis. Prayers of strength and healing for her family and community. Never take for granted this time we have together to come out and do something hard. Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed.
