Ran to the football field parking lots for a completely unique warm-up. Lots of new stuff was done for all the people who didn’t show up. It’s was pretty great.
Started off on the football stadium. Broke into 3 groups.
– Group 1 started at the top of the stadium and did Derkins down the steps. Adding +1 for each step they went down. Lots of grumbling from the other PAX at how long it took the first group until it was their turn.
– Group 2 did fire hydrates while they waited for group 1
– Group 3 did dips while they wait
Groups would switch until all had completed the exercises.
Next when out on the field and did a quick round of ring of fire. Then lined up on the side line for some modified 7’s.
– 1 Big boy and 60 LBC’s, then 2 big boys and 50 LBC’s and so on. PAX also did broad jumps between the hash marks both their and back each time.
Next we moved to the parking lot and did a weird coupon workout where we walked in a big square. There was some weird rules that didn’t work out well but we worked through it. We did curls and shoulder presses on 2 sides of the square and squat hip exercises on the other sides.
Back to the flag for some mary before time.
