As Sunday evening was approaching, the Q shet for Monday was still wide open. No takers??!!?? Great; I’ll grab it. YHC was sure hoping for more of the cooler temps we had over the weekend. No such luck but still a great morning.
12 PAX arrived, 5:30 struck and off we went.
Short mosey up the road and down the dark stair walkway to the playground. Disclaimer was given.

Short mosey over to the coupon pile for a lifting coupon. Looking for something that #10 would be tough to lift.
With Coupon-maximus in tow, PAX made a short mosey to the grass hill by the baseball diamond for a little Jacob’s Ladder (maybe not the correct name).
5 Exercises to 10 then bear crawl to the top for 2 Burpees and then run back down to your coupon. Rinse and repeat but decrease exercise count by 1 each. Followed by a bear crawl up, 2 Burpees and a run back down. PAX easily mastered this. PAX worked their way from 10 to 1. Some mumble chatter about increasing vs decreasing. Not surprised if some did. The Wreck has some beasts!
Return Coupon and mosey back to the playground for a modified Morning Call. PAX split into 2 groups. Group 1 would do 5 Pull ups while group 2 did 5 Reverse Mike Tyson’s. With feet in a swing, PAX were instructed to pull feet into chest and return followed by a Merkin. The twist was the 5 count was administered by the team on the swings. 3 Rounds were completed.
Moseyed back to the Flag for a short round of Mary (J-Los, LBC Flutters)
Prayers for Moonshine who is dealing with a bout of dizziness.
