Volunteers were a bit scarce to jump on the Q, so YHC it was time to bust out the good ole Blurred Lines workout and playlist. We picked up Squid last week on a flying EH. This week, he brought Sawyer as an FNG … awesome.
Run around the campus to the parking deck across from Maple Street Biscuit Co.
Really glad City of Alpharetta built this parking deck for us, so we should definitely make full use of it. Run up the deck stopping at each turn for 5 burpees. Back down with 10 squats each turn. Up again with 15 merkins each turn. Final time back down with 20 freddy mercury each turn. Done with the deck, we ran around Alpharetta and back to the track by the rock pile.
Each man selected a medium/large lifting rock for the fun listed below. Each exercise is a combo (or blur) of 2 different exercises. This was done as an escalator, so after each run, you start with all exercises from the prior rounds and add the new round exercise.

20 Peter Parker Merkins
40 Reverse Lunge Curls
80 Skull Crusher Flutters
This was a bit ambitious and took us right to time with Squid and Scampi being the only ones to finish the final run. We ran back to the flag just in time for a round of dying cockroaches.
