Big Friday morning as YHC had to remember how to Q while also making sure we honored Aflac’s father at the same time.
Mosey stopping at the light posts for elevating burpees then to the parking lot for SSH and mountain climbers.
The Thang was a lot of thangs. Not know for my organization or planning the plan was to do 4 corner sprints then make use of a big workout rope that’s been collecting dust at my house for some time now. Partner up and half the men on the benches for dips while the other half do burpees and one man hammers the ropes 10x into a burpee finish. After 3 we switch.
We then move to the parking lot where half the men grab coupons and do curls, skull crushers, and thrusters. Taking turns the other partner is running to the building for 15 donkey kicks.
Finally we finish with one more 4 corner sprint to complete exhaustion.
