After a late roster change from Beeline YHC accepted the call for a substi-q. I had half a plan in my head that sort of baked fully as my brain tried to toss and turn all night.
SSHs, Weed Picker, Sun Gods, Michael Phelps, and finished with some Hillbilly Rockettes.
Thang 1 – a longer 1-ish mile mosey around the road by the fire station and library back to the top of the stairs.
Thang 2 – We completed a clock hands type workout. In each direction from the center point we went out roughly 100 ft and completed 15 reps of a given excercise and returned to the center and went the next direction in a clockwise fashion- one direction was merkins or variant, another direction was Abs variations, another direction was isometric holds (planks, side planks, back planks, and squat planks) and down the stairs was squats or a variant. We did this until the last two minutes.
Thang 3 – In the final moments we went together to the bottom of the stairs and completed 2-ish minutes of controlled squats – hold half way down for 30 seconds and finish the squat and repeat.
Several prayer requests were mentioned. Lots of things going on in all our lives and it’s good to know we are not alone.
YHC shared a quick acceleration point:
“Be aware that the whole universe responds to your frequency. It does not recognize your personal desires, wants, needs. It only recognizes the frequency you are vibrating at. For example, if you are vibrating at the frequency of fear guilt shame then, you are going to attract the frequency of similar vibrations to support that frequency.
If you are vibrating in the frequency of love, joy, and abundance, you are going to attract things to support that frequency. it’s like tuning into a radio station to match a song of your choice. Hence you need to tune the radio station you want to listen to just like you have to tune into the energy you want to manifest.”
We all agreed that philosophically speaking we get back what we give out. A reminder to create and keep a positive mindset even when things are rough.
Coffeteria – We shared some “Murdered Out” coffee from Black Rifle and some good conversation.
Always a great start to the day when I get to lead this group of HIMs
