Today marks 51 years on the earth for YHC.  To most people, 51 years make you old.  To an F3’er, 51 years means you’re just getting started.  Arrived a little early to set up the board of pain and check out our regular coupon pile.  As suspected, the coupon was mostly underwater.  Headed back to the Flag(less) start.

YHC got chatting with a new to The Wreck member, @motorboat, and totally lost track of time.  As usual, @Aflac to the rescue and off we went.


Short mosey over to the playground for a 51 themed Warm-o-Rama. Disclaimer given and a short intro of Motorboat to the PAX.  A few miscounts but no-one noticed.

10 each of SSH, Weadpickers, Copperhead squats, Abe Vigoda, and Plank Jacks = 50

1 Minute Plank hold

Grab a lifting coupon from the pile by the playground and mosey over to the football/lacrosse field.  Some mumble chatter about such a large coupon for such a long way.  Man are they in for it!!

The Thang:

51 Themed Board of Pain was waiting for the PAX when we arrived.  Line up on the goal line with your coupon.  Instructions were given to do 25 of the first exercise and then Barry Sanders to the 51 yd line and forward run back.  Then do 26 of same exercise to equal 51 and repeat the run.  Follow each set of exercises with 5 Burpees.  After each series rotate to your left to enjoy your neighbors Coupon.  (This was rather confusing to some.)  If we can complete the board, PAX will have completed 51 of each exercise and 51 Burpees.

Almost finished the BoP but ran out of time.  Man you Gents killed it.


Prayers for Shrink’s brother Ned.  Physicals Gents … Physicals!  Can’t stress enough the need to get a regular physical.  Most issues that affect men can be caught early if we get a regular physical.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

I love the accountability piece of F3.  Knowing there are men willing to give up their precious sleep to give 100% at 5:30 am is super inspiring.  If you weren’t there then neither would I.  No chance I would consistantly workout at 5:30 alone.  I might quit on me but I won’t quit on you!
