After being away for a couple weeks and still not adjusted to the EST timezone, being up early and taking the Q was an easy adjustment to being back.
17 PAX were ready to go at 5:30 so we heading out toward the community center to warm up. Beans must have arrived 30 seconds late because he wasn’t far behind and easily found the group, which brought the group to 18.
We warmed up as follows:
Weed Pickers x 10
Windmills x 10
Imperial Walkers x 12
Arm Circles – 8 count in each direction
After warm-o-rama we each picked a partner-of-accountability and headed to the pond for the Merkin Mile.
12 merkins were performed after each quarter mile loop of the pond x 4
We then headed to the football parking lot and each PAX found some wall space for a wall workout. The following exercises were done in cadence:
Wall Merkins x 15
Wall Mountain Climber x 10
Wall Sit (1 minute)
Three sets of the above exercises were done with a bonus round of Wall Skull Crushers (which I’m still feeling).
With a bit of time to kill, each PAX grabbed a coupon and we went around the circle each calling an exercise. Only Tubbs had to be reminded (twice) to respect the parking lot surface seal.
