We moseyed to the field.
First PAX would call out an exercise. We did 4 of those, then sprinted to midfield, walk back in recovery. The second PAX would call an exercise, and we would do the first 4 and then 8 of the next, sprint to midfield. Kept increasing by 4s. When all PAX had contributed, we started over.
Finished at the flag with Mary.
