My first Q and Beatdown at Bound, obviously Did not know the lay of the land well So the plan was to keep things simple. I chose a an easy to execute yet difficult beatdown that I have done once or twice. It’s never fun, it always produces plenty of moans and groans, and pushes me every time I do it. Seemed like a good fit. Let’s have some fun.
Moseyed up the hill and out the front of the entrance and cross the street to the well lit parking lot. Took a lap around the parking lot doing karaoke, high knees, and butt kicks to get the legs warmed up.
realized there was a shift change and this parking lot was about to get busy so we moseyed down the hill to someplace quieter.
