After a quality start on Tuesday after a stint on the IR, YHC was ready for some extra work. With the 2nd F get-together on Thursday fortunately set up at a cryotherapy shop, the table to was set for a solid outing. So, plan in hand and a Georgia-focused playlist (the state, not the school with the red-clad fans dressed like Jezebels), we were off and running (or at least slow moseying)
4 pre-runners were already pretty lathered up, but to make sure no one pulled anything, we did 10x of the following:
Then a 1/4 mile mosey, with a pause to do 10x SSH’s
On the land:
4 corners of the following 3 exercises, starting at reps of 5-10-15, moving up to 10-20-30 / 15-30-45 / 20-40-60 at each corner:
Mercans, Superman, Curb Dips (Note: much mumblechatter on round 3, crescendoing on round 4)
Travel via forward lunge walks, side lunge walks, back lunge walks, side lunge walks.
Rinse and repeat, starting at the top rep tiers and working our way down. Also traded out forward running and Bernie Sanders for the forward and backward lunge walks.
100 yard warm up of free style, then 11’s with muscle-ups on one end of the pool, swim to the opposite end, then dips. Most PAX got 90% through the evolution when time had to be called.
Beatdown and Breakfast at NLB on Saturday.
Hound and Pound Beatdown at Widowmaker (i.e., bring your dog to a Saturday BD)

It was another good day to improve and proceed with getting back in the saddle. Great work today, men, and thanks for pushing me to get better and challenge myself and you all simultaneously!
