Mosey toward track, stopping halfway for a pain station. PS consisted of a new-to-Hooch exercise YHC picked up at F3 Carpex, called ‘100s’. Sit in American Hammer position, feet off the ground, and tap hands to a total count of 100. Q called out the 1s, PAX called out the 10s. The counting took some practice, but the core benefit was achieved.
Continue to track, line up for second set of 11s – Bobby Hurleys and Crab Cakes.
Followed 11s with 100 meter slow mosey, then 100 meter sprint. Repeat Mosey and Sprint.
Mosey back toward flag, stopping for 2 pain stations of 10 burpees and 20 meter lunge walk, arriving at flag just as the clock hit 6:15.
