We ran through a little trail in the park and did 10 weed pickers, 10 side struttle hops, and 10 sun gods (reverse as well).
For every corner of the parking lot we would do a set of burpees, squats, crunchy frogs, and big boy sit ups. However the number would rise after each corner we got to.
5 crunchy frogs
5 big boy sit ups
The number would increase by 1 for the burgers and 5 for the other 3 exercises. After that, we went to a pavilion and did a plank or an exercise while one person in the group went to a fairly far stop sign and came back. The exercises would change as the next person left.

Lastly, we did an Indian run and a marry of world War setups for about a minute.
