  1. Pre-run to the firehouse.


  • We ran through a little trail in the park and did 10 weed pickers, 10 side struttle hops, and 10 sun gods (reverse as well).

The Thang:

  • For every corner of the parking lot we would do a set of burpees, squats, crunchy frogs, and big boy sit ups. However the number would rise after each corner we got to.

1 burpee

5 squats

5 crunchy frogs

5 big boy sit ups

The number would increase by 1 for the burgers and 5 for the other 3 exercises. After that, we went to a pavilion and did a plank or an exercise while one person in the group went to a fairly far stop sign and came back. The exercises would change as the next person left.

Lastly, we did an Indian run and a marry of world War setups for about a minute.
