Moseyed up to the warm up parking lot. SSH, weed pickers, and forward and backward arm circles. Mosey over to the pavilion for the first bloop.

Imperial walkers in between waiting for 6

Mosey to turf field

3 sets: 10 yrd duck walk, 20 squats, 20 yrd walking lunges

6s: 6- 20 yrd sprints, 6-40 yrd sprints, 6-100 yrd sprints

OT: 1-100 yrd sprint
