Humidity was slightly below 100%…daughter’s birthday…great morning for a workout.
Moseyed to normal starting point for SSHs, weedpickers, copperhead squats and arm circles. Standard warm-up with a nice view of the lake.
Moseyed back to the parking lot. Started with a circle burp because…why not.
Fun with numbers begins with a choose your own adventure (who didn’t love those books in the 80s?).
PAX had to complete 100 reps of each in whatever order and quantity they wanted, plus four laps around the parking lot.

Corner 4: Jump rope hops (use of actual jump rope optional)
Once that was complete, moseyed up to the pickleball courts and lined up on the endline for 11s in honor of daughter’s 11th birthday. Squats on one end, drydocks on the other. (Added some J Lo’s at the end in honor of Milli’s pork “butts” at NLB.)
To complete the beatdown, headed down to the coupon pile and circled up. With coupon, did 11 reps of wonderbras, squats, skull crushers, overhead presses, bent over rows and curls…shifting two to the left after each set.
Completed the beatdown at the flag with a set of BBSUs.
