There are some PAX who poo-poo the rocking beatdowns. I say a pox be upon those narrow-minded nabobs, as there is no limit to the amount of suffering that can be inflicted by a Q with the aid of a 30 pound ruck and a phone with a tabata timer…..

Today’s beatdown consisted of 6 minutes of quick time rucking around vicinity of The Bridge punctuated by stops to do 4-minute tabatas of the following alternating exercise pairs:
Pair 2 – standing rows (or pullups) / squats (done at the obstacle course)
Pair 3 – Carolina Dry Docks /monkey humpers (on The Bridge)
Pair 4 – step ups / dips (at the flag)
1 minute of copperhead squats to round it out, and it was TIME
